Document utility

Merge Freight Documents

Combine 2–10 PDFs into one — drag to reorder, in your browser.

Your file is processed entirely in your browser — never uploaded to a server.

Tool input

Why this tool exists

It combines freight PDFs into one ordered pack so operations teams do not chase scattered attachments.

How it works

  1. Enter the freight PDFs details.
  2. The tool checks ordered document bundle against practical road-freight rules.
  3. Use the result to share one cleaner operations pack.

FAQ

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. The merger runs entirely in your browser using local PDF processing — nothing leaves your device. Closing the tab discards the working copy.

What is the practical size limit?

Around 200 MB combined and roughly 500 pages, beyond which browser memory becomes the bottleneck. For larger merge jobs (annual archives, full-trailer document sets) send them to us — we run them on a server with no size cap.

Will the merged PDF preserve signatures and stamps?

Yes — image-based pages are kept as-is, and signed PDFs retain their signature blocks (though the new combined file becomes a fresh document, not a co-signed one). If you need a legally counter-signed merge, that is a workflow Remo&Co handles separately.
