Pallet Capacity Calculator
Pick a pallet, pick a vehicle, see exactly how many fit — and what the weight, height and stackability constraints really are.
How many pallets actually fit? Set the type, the vehicle, the weight and stackability — we'll show the floor capacity, the stacked capacity, and the load mode (LTL / partial / FTL) in one second.
Tool input
Why this tool exists
It checks whether pallets fit by floor space, payload, and height before the wrong vehicle is booked.
How it works
- Enter the pallet and vehicle data details.
- The tool checks floor, weight, and height capacity against practical road-freight rules.
- Use the result to pick a vehicle that can actually carry the load.
FAQ
How does the tool handle stackability?
By default it assumes pallets are non-stackable (worst case). Toggle stackable in the form and it doubles vertical capacity up to the trailer's internal height, minus the height of the cargo already on the lower pallet.
Why does the answer change between 'EUR' and 'Industrial' pallets?
EUR pallets (1200×800 mm) fit 33 in a standard 13.6m trailer, two rows wide. Industrial pallets (1200×1000 mm) only fit 26 because of the wider footprint. The tool accounts for both layouts including straight-line and pinwheel arrangements.
Will Remo&Co re-check my plan before loading?
Yes — for any plan that pushes the legal weight limit, requires creative stacking, or uses a non-standard vehicle (mega trailer, double-deck, jumbo) we run a final loading simulation with the driver and pallet supplier before the truck arrives.
